"Oyi" means cold. The first song's chorus literally translates to "I am cold o!", the context being he's cold cos he's getting no warmth from the object of his desire :~)
The second song, Ashawo, is one of those ones you can't play around my mother. "Ashawo" (pronounced Ah-Sha-Whoa) is street lingo for Prostitute, not sure in what West African language. He starts off singing "baby girl give me your thing (tonight)". some mixed messages but basically he's like she struts her stuff like a hooker (not in a bad way) and the boys are on it, but she's very smart with it and he digs her style. He teasingly says he'll report her wildness to her mother and father.
