Good Morning September

Woke up early this morning to start dinner and get Ti's birthday cake in the oven

Smells good so far.
I used brown sugar on my old recipe, I normally use white sugar , so it may taste a bit different.. we'll see

As I began mixing, this came on Aljazeera, and was really interesting.. great documentary.

looking forward to the other episodes, which I'll post when they become available.

Anyway.. this should should be transformed into a full on Birthday Cake soon enough
