Stress

Life – it can be can be physically and emotionally draining at times which is why we need to eat well - sleep well - nourish the body - the mind and soul with good food thoughts and actions.
No one is entirely immune from stress - but some people mange stress better (or more effectively) than others. Each one of us has our own unique way of dealing with stress – but here is a list of things you could try should you feel stuck for ideas...
1. Go for a walk
2. Take some time out – a few minutes alone in a quiet space (everyday if possible)
3. Wear something nice
4. Listen to calming music
5. Use essential oils
6. Repeat positive affirmations
7. Do something fun and have a laugh
8. Hug someone
9. Do something nice for someone else
10. Don’t panic- breathe
11. Try gardening
