Timbuktu Fasso - Fatoumata Diawara & Amine Bouhafa

Timbuktu was the closing film for the 2014 Africa film Festival.
Sold out early, so remains on my list of films to see.

  1. I think you are brave. The landscape is mind-expanding - the sound brilliant - the subject (as i can see, but not fully understand it) is stunning and terrifying . . .
I admire you . . . I will also have to depend on you to see and share these things . . . Oh yes, YOU are really Brave. 2015??? I hope it holds Inspired Brilliance for YOU . . . love & love, -g-

I don't think I'm brave.( my mum says I am, but when she says it I think she uses it as code.. for stupid :)
I know of many brave people though and I admire them. they inspire me to want to be better.. do better. I am committed to 'something'.. even if it's to just think of them

  2. The song has kind of a haunting melody. I like it. Hope the film is good, too.
